Modern Fresh Cheese

OberGood™ Chevre is produced weekly to provide you with the freshest and smoothest chevre available. When cold, our chevre is easily crumbled over salads, pizza, or grilled vegetables. When at room temperature, it's a rich and creamy spread that's perfect as a table spread or to use in cooking and baking. OberGood™ offers chevre in both plain and flavored varieties. Our flavored chevres include: Caprese (sun-dried tomato, basil & garlic); Fiesta (jalepenos & chives); Nuts & Berries (cranberry & walnut); OberHerb (garlic & chives); and Summertime (apricots, pineapple, and pecans).

Rich Natural Rind Cheese

This is a semi-aged cheese with a distinctive button shape. It is rich and creamy with a thin white rind. At its younger stages, it is spreadable and as it ages, it becomes drier and develops a natural rind. It is an excellent choice to accompany dry white wines.

Uses: Variety according to age




Modern "Strong" Soft Rind Cheese

With a decidedly "aggressive" attitude, this cheese appeals to those connoisseurs who love "stinky" cheese. Earthy and pungent, it finishes with hints of pepper and spice throughout and makes for a bold and sophisticated addition to any cheeseboard.

Traditional Brined Cheese

One of the most traditional of goat cheeses, OberGood™ Feta traces its legacy back to Homer's description of its production in the Odessey. Aged for six weeks in brine, Feta is solid yet crumbly, with a pure white appearance that is accented by the use of Oberhasli milk.

Uses: Cooking, Baking, and wonderful for Salads



Dense Ash Rind Cheese

A dense ashed log with a hint of nut in the center and slightly peppery towards the ash rind.

Uses: Table Cheese
